For each paper that is accepted, a minimum of one author is required to complete a regular non-student registration. Both ESORICS and the associated workshops are in-person events, with the expectation that authors present their contributions face-to-face. If all authors of a particular paper face genuine barriers to travel, please get in touch with the ESORICS 2024 team at michal.choras@pbs.edu.pl. Please be aware: not registering correctly could have implications for your paper's inclusion in the final proceedings and the event's schedule, be it the conference, workshop, or poster session.
Students will need to verify their status at the registration desk upon arrival. If they are unable to produce valid proof, they will be asked to upgrade to a regular non-student registration. All participants must register formally; staff will verify registrations on-site at the venue.
